We currently deliver across major cities and regions within Saudi Arabia.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within KSA:

  • Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2–4 business days

  • Other Regions: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or national holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.

  • Any additional service charges will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided). You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available depending on your location.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

  • The exact payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and item(s).

We will review your request and offer a suitable resolution.
